Ready to take your 1.6T to the next level? Our CT-R Turbo kit is 375+ wheel horsepower capable with supporting modifications and tuning.
Our kit is a bolt-on, turn key solution to 300+ wheel horsepower for the 1.6T. The kit will bolt onto the stock inter-cooler (or SXTH Element’s FMIC) and the stock cat-back system (or SXTH Element’s Cat-Back). It comes with all oil feed/return lines and fittings and boost control via a TiAL waste-gate and Turbosmart manual boost controller.
The kit also comes with a base calibration so you will need to purchase or rent ECU flashing package to get tuned for the kit. Estimated power out of the box on lowest boost setting is 280-290 wheel horsepower if using stock inter-cooler and cat back. We do not recommend exceeding 22psi of boost on stock parts. The inter-cooler should be upgraded to SXTH Element’s FMIC if planning to exceed 22psi of boost. We also do not recommend exceeding 24psi of boost without methanol injection.

We start with Comp Turbo Technology Turbo Chargers and their 2871S model. The kit comes with a Turbo-Guard screen by default and an optional air filter can be purchased. You can read more about the turbocharger at Comp Turbo
This turbo gets to full boost around 4500rpm and offers great street ability since it is not over-sized for the engine.
Our exhaust manifold is unlike any other made in these platforms. We use thick Schedule 40 pipe made from 304L stainless steel. Those are TIG welded to a CNC billet 304 stainless steel exhaust manifold head flange and then to our CNC billet 304 stainless steel merge collector. Our merge collector is structurally superior to the fabricated tubes and significantly reduces the chance for failure since it is milled from a solid block of steel. The runners are as close to equal length as possible to help ensure good spool of the turbo charger.
Boost control is done via authentic TiAL MVS waste gate and Turbosmart Manual boost controller. We set the kit up to make 20-21 psi of boost out of the box with the boost controller set at its lowest setting.
The remainder of the kit is finished with a down-pipe to connect the turbo to your cat-back exhaust (stock or other bolt-on system, like SXTH) along with an inter-cooler pipe to connect to your stock inter-cooler or SXTH inter-cooler kit.
