All special orders *includes any hood from us and or any manufacture also includes any item that is made to order and not stocked normally these have a zero refund and return policy. Unless discussed prior to placing the order. You hereby have read the description of the item you ordered and that all ETA’s are not guaranteed due to the current shipping crisis and material supply demand chain. You also understand that any overseas item you place with us can’t be stopped in transit and if you wish to cancel or return that item you will have to wait for that item to be delivered to you. All Steering Wheel orders and custom fabricated Carbon Fiber Pieces are made as fast as they can. However delays due to manufactures shipping us oem parts can happen. Please read all descriptions of the items your ordering so you understand the estimated time of delivery to you. These eta’s are not guaranteed but we will try to meet them as best as possible.

Cancel an Order

To cancel an item on back order, contact our customer service department. Please include your email address within the message. If the order cannot be cancelled you will be notified.

Return Policy

If your product becomes defective within the first fifteen (15) days of the invoice date, you may return it for an exchange only. All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% of restocking fee. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department within 7 days of receiving the item.

SoCal Garage Works will only offer a refund on unopened items. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only. In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping prepaid. All items must be in “as-new” condition, in original packaging. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date.

For all light products, please test product for factory defects prior to installation. Once attempts of installation have been made, all light products are not returnable. No cancellation, refund, or exchanges on special order items. SoCal Garage Works will not be liable if you order the wrong product. Wheels are non refundable unless still in the original box and not mounted. Steering wheels have a ZERO refund or cancellation policy. If you order a steering wheel and don’t want it or need it due to any reason it is not refundable or returnable as this is a considered a special order.

We will issue a full refund for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Damaged Products

If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must document all of the damages and contact us within 1 business day of receipt. Please email us immediately at [email protected]. Our customer service representatives will guide you through the process to file a damage claim with the shipping company.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

After 30 days, all parts are covered only by the Manufacturer Warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary and are included with your product and should be reviewed carefully for additional information.

SoCal Garage Works provides a 30-day guarantee on the workmanship of products. After 30 days, any defect in the product must be addressed directly with the manufacturer unless manufactured by SoCal Garage Works. Please review the manufacturer information you receive with your new product to learn more about the manufacturer warranty. Make sure the carrier you choose to send your package, requires a signature upon delivery (e.g. UPS, Federal Express, or Certified U.S. Mail) this will protect you because we cannot be held accountable for the lost or misdirected mail.  Please also remember that the cost of shipping and insurance is your responsibility.

    Technical information needed: Before ordering a Takeda Momentum cold air intake for a 2023 Hyundai Kona N I need to know if after installation a Tune is required to off-set the additional air to the ECU? Who guarantees that tune is not required?

      No a tune is not required. A tune is only really needed once you have gone full bolt ons and want to change the way the car performs. A intake will add subtle power without needing a tune
